Shipping Sweetness at Your Doorstep

We know you can't wait to get your hands on those perfect cake toppers, so we've made sure shipping is as smooth and sweet as possible. Here's everything you need to know to track your toppers to your door (or mailbox)!


UK Orders: Fast & Friendly Delivery

All of our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail. Once we've shipped your order, you'll get a special tracking email from Royal Mail (if you are in the UK), so you can follow your toppers on their journey.

Here's the breakdown:

- Order Before 2pm (Mon-Fri): We dispatch on the same day!
- Order After 2pm: Your order will ship the next working day.

And don't forget: we work Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.


Delivery Times (Excluding Weekends & UK Bank Holidays)

- UK (Royal Mail): Delivery aim - the next day (yay for fast shipping!). You'll get tracking info from Royal Mail once your order is on the move.
- Europe: 3-5 working days via Untracked International Airmail
- US, Canada, Australia: 5-7 working days via Untracked International Airmail


How Much Does Delivery Cost?

We believe shipping should be as sweet as our toppers, so we keep it simple and affordable. No matter how many toppers you order, the shipping rate stays the same!

- UK (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £2.00
- Europe: £2.50
- Rest of World: £3.00


Do I Need to Sign for My Order?

No signature required here! Your toppers will be sent in packaging that fits neatly through your letterbox—A5 for cupcake toppers, A4 for cake toppers. If, for any reason, your package can't be delivered, your tracking information will be updated with next steps. Easy peasy!


Help! My Order Didn't Arrive!

If your order doesn't arrive (especially during busy times like Christmas), don't panic! Sometimes, delays happen. Simply reach out to us via our contact form and we'll jump on it to help get things sorted. We'll work our magic to get those toppers to you as soon as possible.


Once Your Toppers Are in the Post…

You'll receive an email letting you know your order's on its way—then sit back, relax, and get ready to make your cakes look even more fabulous!

We always want you to be delighted with your cake toppers, but we get it—sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not happy with your order, don't worry! We're here to sort it out as quickly as possible.


I'm Not Happy With My Order—What Now?

If something's not quite right with your order, just reach out to us by heading to our contact page. Be sure to include:

- Your order number
- Your email address
- A description of the issue

The more details, the better! We'll get back to you and work with you to make things right.


How Quickly Will You Get Back to Me?

We're speedy! We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1-2 days. If needed, we might ask for a photo of the issue to help us investigate and prevent it from happening again. And if we need you to return the item, we'll let you know exactly how to do that. We'll make the process as painless as possible!


Can I Return My Toppers for a Refund?

If your toppers have arrived in less-than-perfect condition, we've got your back! Just contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your rights to return products are in addition to any other rights you may have. We'll either:

- Refund you the price you paid for your toppers (back to your original payment method)
- Or, if you prefer, we can reprint and resend the toppers—free of charge! (Please note: we can't offer both a refund and a replacement, just one or the other!)


Why Might I Not Qualify for a Refund?

While we're all about making things right, there are a few reasons a refund might not be possible:

- Product misuse (Oops! It happens, but it's not refundable)
- Misspelled personalised text (Please double-check before ordering!)
- Low-resolution or small images (Make sure your pics are high quality so your toppers look their best!)
